If your computer crashed and you are not able to automatically detach the license from user's interface, you may follow the procedures below:

1.	Go to N-Stalker Customer Center and log in using a valid customer credential;

2.	Go to “License” tab to obtain a list of valid serial licenses available;

3.	Choose the appropriate license to detach and once is opened, press “Detach”;

4.	If successful, License Serial Number will be available for a new installation.

Important Note: The previous installation will be rendered unusable automatically.
