N-Stalker allows you to modify the vulnerabilities list, giving the ability to remove entries that are not considered an issue or relevant data for analysis.

Under "Vulnerabilities" tab, you may peruse through all vulnerabilities found and uncheck those that are not relevant:

Important Note: If you expand the vulnerability title, you will find the affected URI which will assist you on managing relevant issues.
