Communication to our customers

By N-Stalker Team on June 3, 2008

The explosion of an electrical transformer last Saturday (31) belonging to our data center provider, “The Planet” —  located in Houston-TX (US), has caused a partial interruption of N-Stalker services, including our web site communication and update services.

Although our contingency plan was successfully initiated, we have faced problems to propagate changes within our DNS records, therefore, some customers are experiencing connection problems to our web site and N-Stalker update services. Our e-mail capabilities have also been significantly delayed.

On Monday (2) at 5:00 CST, our services have been partially recovered. All e-mail communications, including support requests are operational, however, our Customer Center will still remain off-line. Due to this particular event, we apologize to all customers and urge you to resend all e-mail communications that have not been answered by our support/sales team.

We are also working with our service provider to fully recover our services and as soon as possible, we will provide you with an estimated time.

Here are some press links that provide you with additional information about the incident:

Once again, we appreciate your patience and comprehension.
