5.1. This release is free of charge to the customers subscribed in the Web Security Intelligence Service.

N-Stealth 5.1 brings essentially minor corrections to the well-known, features and mainly performance and protocol inspection improvements.

Among the improvements, the most important changes are:

• Stronger database (improvements made to the parser and inspection engine);
• Improved Protocol Inspection Engine (for different type of web servers);
• Improved Scanning Engine (faster responses / avoid “server unavailable” response);
• Mandatory license info screen removed (when a default language is already set);
• Support for enabling/disabling the false positive filter;
• Support for wildcards on the MailAlert configuration;
• Support for the “no vulnerabilities found” report;
• Large fonts and non-standard screens support (thanks to Mr.Wong, Lup);
• Improved Log Analyser Engine (including different log formats);
• Included a mechanism to test the log format (Log Analyser);
• Minor corrections on memory violation errors (specially on Win2000/Win2003);

This version of N-Stealth has reached a database of over 30,000 security checks.
